Commercial Case Study - hth® Easiflo Calcium Hypochlorite Briquette Feeder

Product: hth® Easiflo Calcium Hypochlorite Briquette Feeder

Project Description: After some initial discussions with the management team at Chipping Norton Lido, CPC were tasked with submitting and installing a suitable dosing system to help perfect the busy Lido’s water quality on a day-to-day basis.

It was proposed that to maintain this challenge that a new generation hth® Easiflo briquettes feeder would be installed. Once running the Lido’s staff have benefited from the new systems constant monitoring and response, taking away the need for regular hand dosing of chlorine.

The hth® Easiflo feeder produces a Calcium Hypochlorite solution on demand from the automated control unit. The hth® Easiflo briquettes are placed inside the hopper of the feeder. When the auto control indicates a need for chlorine, filtered pool water is directed onto the briquettes via the patented spray system. This produces a stable chlorine solution, which is then drawn into the pool circulation under vacuum created by the venturi.

“Overall a good experience, equipment is easy to understand, handle and maintain, and the processes have been easy to teach to our support staff too. It gives us much greater confidence in our pool water treatment and we have been able to keep our chemical levels on more even keel through this very busy hot summer”.

Suitable for retailers, installers, service companies, holiday park operators and holiday property owners.

Regular courses are held in-house at our training facility near Cheltenham and at locations throughout the UK.

We also offer external courses (maximum 10 delegates) to suit your company’s individual needs.
